Poor selection and everything is very overpriced. The staff is usually more worried about talking amongst themselves than being helpful of attentive. Recently they gave my wife the wrong game pieces for the "see red and win" game and when she tried to claim her prize, the manager by the name of Damon took the tickets, basically accused her of stealing them, and refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I would avoid this store.

All the people are so friendly. It's just like my little family store. Nice and clean with great people. And I'm from Dallas Texas I've been out here for 4 years now. The store may be nicer at Kilgore but the people at the smaller store just makes it great.
